K5 Homes, Inc. was founded in 2017 by Josh and Anna Karp and is a business with family at it's core. After many years in sales and construction management for large regional builders, Josh felt the urge to build homes in a more flexible, customer centric environment. This desire along with the recognition of the growing need for homes in Southern Oregon, led to the birth of K5 Homes. Anna, who is a licensed realtor, is a great resource to our customers who need land. Her back ground as a special education teacher, has given her invaluable experience in helping people with what matters most. That, combined with her warm smile and approachable demeanor are a great value to our company. Josh and Anna get a huge boost of inspiration from the energy of their 3 wonderful daughters.
